Dear Sir/Madam

We would like to list some of the information we’d like to discuss with customers, especially for new orders.

 Have they ever imported coffee from Vietnam?
 Quality: What kind of quality standard (specification) are they using? Attach our specification for their references, make sure they are using the same standard with us. It’s best to send sample and get their approval on our sample, the shipment will be based on sample quality to avoid quality claim/issues.
 Sample: do they need to send sample for every order or only the first new order only?
 Coffee Certification: do they order normal coffee or coffee with certification? There are 3 coffee certifications currently being used: 4C, UTZ, RFA (different price offered depends on which kind certification they want to order, price is higher than normal coffee)
 Price: FOB – coffee outright price or differential. For small volume and new customers, we do not offer differential price.
 Payment method: for new order, it’s best to use LC; 20% deposit TT is less preferable. CAD (Cash against original documents) is just used for customers having representative office in Vietnam and cooperating with us for a long time.
 Shipment: what time do they want product delivered?
 Packing: there are 3 kinds of packing currently in used (different price offered depends on which kind of packing)
• Jute bag: 19.2 mt or 18.6 mt per 20’ cont (60kg per bag)
• Bulk bag: 21.0 mt or 21.6 mt per 20’ cont (1 bag per cont)
• Big bag: 20.0 mt per 20’ cont (1mt per bag)
 Marking: is there any special requirements on marking on bags?
 Net weight: price will be based on net shipped weight
 Inspection: weight and quality will be checked by Café Control or VCC&C
 Claim: claim will be based on European Contract for Coffee (ECC)
